The resort of Kitzbühel is situated at the bottom of the Hahnenkamm mountain which offers an exceptional range of piste trails for all abilities including long sloping valley runs.

The mountain is also home to the annual World Cup downhill race in January, and the slope allows for speeds up to 140km/h. It has a downhill section of 3312m and its steepest gradient is 85% making it a thrilling experience for those willing to take it on.

The Steinbergkogel side of the mountain has more challenging black runs and acres to explore in off-piste opportunities.

Beginners are also catered for brilliantly, with dedicated learning areas on Pass Thurn and the Fleckalmbahn Gondola
